【Processing Time】

It’ll take up to 1-3 business days to process your order. Please be advised, receiving a “purchase order” via email indicating the items selected, we will notify you by email when your package has been processed at the postal service. In general, it takes 7~14 working days to receive your orders after it’s shipped. ** Due to constantly changing Covid situation, it might take longer time to process after we shipped out your order, the estimated time of arrival will depend on your location and current situation. **

Note that in certain cases, multiple items may ship separately. In these situations, no additional shipping fees will be applied.

【International Delivery】

We provide major carrier such as DHL, SF and local carrier, ex. ACS for APAC region and rest of the world. You can choose the carrier according to your preference.

Taxes and duties are calculated according to shipping destination. DDU(Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination defaults, the product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties.
